2 PROBLEMS:

1) Mop is blue - the dye comes out of mop (even with cold water), stains the floor

2) Peplacement mop head can't be fit on mop head because the screws rust!

My opion - buy a traditional mop - I wish I did!

I ordered the JML Supermop but ended up with the Supermop Pro. This is slightly different to the original and not as good,in my opinion. However, it is adequate for the tasks and better than most other mops.

This mop is easy to store, easy to use, dry's the floor almost as quick as wetting it, removes tuff stains on flooring, you can use this mop like a sweeping brush as it will pick-up most small items until you rinse them away.

I brought this product after having a new laminate floor laid downstairs. The idea that it didn't need any chemical cleaners, was a big bonus, especially having a family that is allergic to everything. The mop coped very well, and the flooring came up beautifully. After using the mop, I now use all E-cloth, cloths proudcts etc. The stainless steel has never been so bright - with no smudges. I am really happy with this purchase, and would recommend it. The only downside is that we live in a hard water area, so I am still using a limescale remover in the bathrooms.

This mop is brilliant. I have had a couple of similar products before, but they were rubbish in comparison. It deals equally well with my ancient varnished floorboards, the new smooth bamboo floor, the rough slate tiles and the smooth tiles. It picks up ground-in builders' plaster dust, which nothing else seems to. I am now buying a second.

I bought this set because I had a Flash floor cleaner that was rubbish at cleaning and was also getting expensive with refill of cleaner and disposable mop heads to buy. It was also making my cats sick, so I looked around for a better, eco-friendly alternative.

This set initially seems quite expensive, but it lasts forever and you'll soon get the money back from not buying expensive cleaners. Rather than dealing with a big grimy mop or large branded floor cleaner, this e-cloth mop is very slimline and is made from high quality materials. The handle is easily adjusted for different heights, and once you've made it the right height and twisted it firmly into place, it stays solid no matter how hard you push it along the floor.

It has a velcro-style base, which is what you attach the heads to. You get one white head (for dry cleaning and dusting) and one blue head, which is used damp. Each head has a thick fleecy backing and a loop to hang it up, as well as saying 'Damp' or 'Dry' in case you get them mixed up. They are thick and very high quality. High quality microfibre is used on the front, which is what picks the dirt up.

Attaching the heads (by pressing them into place) and using the mop was very easy. My kitchen floor is made of lino which doesn't want to stay clean, but the mop handled it well. The head got grimy quickly, but I was able to rinse most of the dirt out and had another couple of goes before it needed to be washed. It goes in the washing machine without fabric softener, and I tend to wash them with other household fabrics like bath mats, shower curtains, throws etc.

Unlike my Flash mop, it picks up dirt rather than pushing it round the room. My kitchen floor wasn't as clean as going on my hands and knees with a Magic Eraser, but you can buy a 'deep clean mop head' and I'll be investing in that now I know I like this product a lot.

I've used it on laminated and proper wood floors too and it works just as well. Only slight complaint is that with the blue one it's a bit difficult to see exactly how much dirt is on it, and I'd have preferred a lighter colour.

Overall, it does the job better, it's cheaper in the long run, it's high quality and hygienic, it's stopped my cats being sick and it's better for the environment (no chemicals or waste to throw out). Excellent.

This is indeed a very funky dustpan and brush! Not the strongest dustpan and brush set I have owned so I hope it lasts! But on the whole, it does exactly what it's supposed to do and looks great! Very happy with it but will use it with care!

My wife bought this and because the brush of the previous dustpan and brush lost its handle. The dustpan edge is so thick - design fault - it does not allow you to brush up any dust and crumbs so is rubbish. So we ended up using the brush with the old dustpan within a day and that works. To add insut to injury the handle has just broken on the brush becuse its so poorly made. Avoid this product.

Not only do they allow more light to shine through, they are good to look at too. I was only sorry that they were not a brass fitting. I bought a pair one for each end of my lounge and they really make a difference.
